Return & Refund Policy
All products purchased from Georgia Pro are considered inspected and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected the merchandise and that the products appear to be in good and acceptable condition. All products are accepted as is at the time of sale.
Any warranties applicable to the products sold are provided solely by the manufacturer of the product. Georgia Pro does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Returns on in-stock items may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns within this period are not subject to a restocking fee; however, refunds issued back to credit or debit cards will be subject to a 10% merchant processing fee. This fee reflects payment processing costs that are not returned to the seller when a transaction is refunded.
After 30 days from the purchase date, returns may still be accepted at the discretion of Georgia Pro. If a return is approved after this period, the seller will retain 25% of the merchandise value as a restocking fee.
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include special order items, opened packages, damaged packages, or products that have been altered or used. Any merchandise that is returned and does not meet the return eligibility requirements may be refused.
Customers are responsible for inspecting flooring and materials before installation or use. Installation or use of the product constitutes acceptance of the product, and returns may not be accepted once materials have been installed.
Georgia Pro reserves the right to evaluate all returned merchandise and determine whether the return meets the conditions stated in this policy. Proof of purchase may be required for all returns or refund requests.
