Radiance Oil Modified Water-Based High Gloss is a high-performance floor finish, most commonly associated with the Sampson or Harco brands. It is designed to provide the rich, amber look of a traditional oil-based finish with the fast drying time and low odor of a water-borne product.

Application & Care
Surface Prep: For existing floors, it is recommended to screen with a 100 or 120 grit disk before application.
Compatibility: Can generally be applied over existing oil-based or water-based finishes once properly prepped.
Curing: While it dries quickly, it usually requires 24 hours for light traffic and up to one week for heavy traffic or rugs.
Cleanup: Since it is water-based, tools can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap.
