The P161 is the OEM 8-inch sanding drum for the Lägler HUMMEL belt floor sander. It is a critical component responsible for the machine's sanding quality, featuring a specific convex ("football") shape that ensures smooth transitions between sanding paths and proper belt tracking. The P161 drum is made of hard rubber with a galvanised, block-scored surface designed for excellent dust extraction and high abrasion rates. Unlike other drums, it is precisely balanced at the factory to ensure low-vibration concentricity.
